The court documents read, "Specifically, by trickery, agents of Woods convinced Herman to pack a suitcase for a short vacation and, when she arrived at the airport, theytold her she had been locked out of her residence, in violation of the oral tenancy agreement and in violation of Florida law"
She also filed a separate lawsuit attempting to nullify a NDA she signed at the beginning of the relationship. She says that the NDA has left her questioning what areas of her life she can share with others.
"Because of the aggressive use of the Woods NDA against her by the Defendant and the trust under his control, the Plaintiff is unsure whether she may disclose, among other things, facts giving rise to various legal claims she believes she has"
Tiger Wood's Trust has denied the existence of an oral tenacity agreement. "In reality, Ms. Herman was invited to live in the Residence while she was in a relationship with her former boyfriend. After Mr. Woods recently terminated the relationship, Ms. Herman was advised that she was no longer welcome in the Residence."
Tiger Woods' Ex Was Intimidated By Gisele Bundchen
Tiger Wood's relationship with Lindsey Vonn is one of his least problematic ones. The pair ended on good terms, with Lindsey even having positive things to say about Woods.

In fact, she only has on criticism of her ex. In an interesting coincidence, Vonn made comments about being intimidated by Gisele Bundchen.

Inside Tiger Woods' Messy Relationship History
Erica Herman isn't the only person that Tiger Woods has had a messy relationship with. The golf legend's complicated relationship history dates back to his first wife Elin Nordegren. The pair was introduced to each other by Jesper Parnevik, who regrets setting them up. Tragically enough, it was revealed that Nordegen initially had doubts about dating Woods.

The pair got married in 2001 and in 2009 it was revealed that Woods had cheated on her with multiple women.

Woods had a relationship with American television presenter Rachel Uchitel. Rachel had reportedly tried to shut down the idea of their relationship to Woods then wife, Nordegren who found evidence of their indiscretions soon after their conversation.
